Ingredients

  • 1 grated beetroot
  • 1 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Butter/oil for roasting patties

Instructions

  • Take a mixing add grated beetroot and crumbled paneer.
  • Future add chopped coriander and grated garlic.
  • Now add spices and bread crumbs Also.
  • Combine all ingredients together well.
  • Heat oil in deep pan on medium high heat, once the oil becomes hot drop the cutlets slowly into it, taking care not to overlap them. Fry patties in batches, do not overcrowd the pan.
  • Fry the red velvet patties until they are golden brown, turning occasionally. This would take about 3-4 minutes. Take them out over a paper towel or an absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with any green chutney or tomato ketchup.
