Red velvet waffle with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • as needed Red food colour few drops
  • as required Vanilla extract
  • As needed Powder sugar for dust
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • 1st take maida and add all dry ingredients and mix it
  • Add milk, red food colour, vanilla extract and melted butter and mix it, keep it side for 10 minutes, batter should be not so thin or thick...it's should be semi thick (like dosa batter)
  • Take silicone waffle mold and pour waffle batter and bake in 180* in convection mode for 20 to 25 min
  • When it's bake completely then put on the vanilla ice-cream on the top of waffle, garnish with chocolate sauce, sprinkles and dust powder sugar
