Ingredients

  • APF 3/4cup
  • Coccopowder 1/4cup
  • Sugar 1/2cup
  • Bp 1tsp
  • Bs 1/2tsp
  • Curd 1/4cup
  • Oil 1/4cup
  • Milk 1/2cup
  • Red colour 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1tsp
  • Vanilaessence 1tsp

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
  • In Another bowl take all the wet ingredients and mix each other.
  • Now in batches add the dry ingredients to the wet mix
  • Using spatula mix evrything until well combine each other . Add red colour and mix evrything.
  • Add vinegar to the batter add rest for 5mins.
  • Pour the batter into the greased tin and bake it at 180degress for 20mins or until tooth pick come out clean
  • Once cake is cooked well remove from the otg And allow it to cook completely.
  • Once cake cool down completely frost it with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.

Notes/Tips

Frosting can b done once the cake cool down completely.
