Refreshing Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Turmeric Powder
  • bananas
  • mangoes
  • Curd
  • Coconut Milk
  • honey
  • fresh lemon juice
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Chia seeds
  • Edible flower

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients, except chia seeds, in a blender. Blend mixture until it is completely smooth.
  • Now add chia seeds & blend for 5 seconds or until just incorporated. Wait 5 minutes for the chia seeds to soak up some of the liquid.
  • Pour into glasses, sprinkle some chia seeds on top. Enjoy!

Notes/Tips

Turmeric is a superfood spice which has been found to have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant, and even anti-cancer properties. Just a teaspoon a day can lead to all kinds of preventative benefits to our overall health.
