  • Spinach
  • Chana dal
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Gramfloor
  • Mint
  • Cashew
  • Green chili
  • Ghee
  • Black pepper
  • Ginger
  • Paneer

Instructions

  • Boil spinach & chana dal. Grind them. Now take a pan,put oil/ghee ,add cumin and add paste.mix & Turn off gas.add salt,black pepper. Now take paneer,add salt, black pepper, cashew. Make shapes like cabab and Fill this mixture into cabab and Fry In a tawa

Notes/Tips

1.do not overcook spinach. 2.can take curd instead of Paneer. 3.Fry in a tawa with less oil.
