- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour, add onions, mix and saute till onions soften. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, mix and saute for 1 minute or till the raw smells disappear. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder, mix and saute for 1 minute. Add cashewnut paste and mix. Add yogurt and mix. Add tomato puree and mix. Add green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicums and tomatoes, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add salt, cottage cheese fingers, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder, crumbled mawa and cream, mix gently and simmer for 2 minutes. Chop coriander leaves and add and mix well gently. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
