- Cook rice very soft along with 2 tbsp of milk.
- Now mash rice add Ginger,chillies salt and cool it.
- In a mixing bowl add fresh curd and mix it.without lumps .now add fresh cream and mix it.
- In kadai pour out, mustard, chandal, curryleaves,dry chillies,cumin seeds and cashewnuts.
- Now pour this tadaka on curd rice.
- Now the chilled curd rice is ready to serve.
