Ingredients

  • 1,litre water
  • Rice half cup
  • 2,tbsp milk
  • Curd 500 grms
  • Ginger 1 in charge chopped
  • Chopped green chillies 2
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • Oil 4 spoons
  • Chanadal 1 spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1, spoon
  • Kaju7
  • Dry red chillies 5
  • 1 spring Curry leaves
  • 1,spoon cumin seeds

Instructions

  • Cook rice very soft along with 2 tbsp of milk.
  • Now mash rice add Ginger,chillies salt and cool it.
  • In a mixing bowl add fresh curd and mix it.without lumps .now add fresh cream and mix it.
  • In kadai pour out, mustard, chandal, curryleaves,dry chillies,cumin seeds and cashewnuts.
  • Now pour this tadaka on curd rice.
  • Now the chilled curd rice is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Don't skip fresh cream .Bcoz it enhances the curd rice taste.
