- First of all we will measure the rice dal. Then wash it thoroughly and keep it soaked for 6 hours. Then grind it to make a paste. And keep it covered by wrapping it in a warm cloth for 6 hours.
- When the yeast rises well, then add salt, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, sugar and oil and mix it well.
- Now we will pour water according to the pan and cover it by placing a stand on it. And let it heat up.
- From then on we will apply oil in a plate.
- Then add eno and pomegrante to the prepared dhokla batter and mix it a bit.
- Then put the solution in a plate and add some chaat masala, red chilli powder and black pepper powder on top.
- Then we put the plate on the stand and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. by covering it on low gas. Take our rice dhokla is ready. .
- Now we will put oil and Mustard in the tempering vessel and heat it, then add curry leaves, after that add water and sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Now turn off the gas. Take the tempering is ready.
- Now we will cut the dhokla with the cutter of heart shape.
- Then pour the prepared tempering over it. Take our rice dhokla with heart shape is ready. put it in a plate and serve it with chutney and sauce.😋😋
