  • Ghee
  • Wheat flour
  • Rice flour
  • Milk
  • Roasted dry fruits

Instructions

  • Take a pan having thick base. Put 1 tsp ghee and add 2 tsp wheat flour and 2 tsp rice flour in it. Roast it for 4 to 5 minutes on slow flame.
  • When the smell will rise, take it out on a plate for cooling.
  • In the same pan put half litre milk and let it for boiling. Put the roasted wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl. Mix half cup milk gradually.
  • It is lumps free now. Put the mixture in the boiling milk by filter it with a strainer. Boil it again and add sugar, cardamom powder to it. Boil it for another 5 minutes. Then turn off the flame and keep it for cooling down.
  • After cooling, grind it for 2-3 minutes continuously. Keep this mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, grind it again.Then pour it in the Matka Mold.
  • Sprinkle some roasted dry fruits and cover it with Aluminium foil. Then tie the mouth of the Matka mold with ribbon. Keep it in the freezer for one night. Now serve it and enjoy the chilled Matka kulfi.
