Ingredients

  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped green chili 1
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice flour 1/4 cup
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Now dip fry in hot oil at medium flame till crispy and golden brown in color.
  • Serve it hot with tomato ketchup
