  • 2 cup idli batter
  • 1 tbsp oil for greasing.

Instructions

  • PROCESS..... * Firstly, in the bottom tray of the idli mould add water. * Grease a microwave idli mould with a drop of oil. * Pour ladleful batter in the idli mould. Place the idli plates in the tray. * Cover the tray with lid and place this in Microwave and cook for 4 minutes in high temperature. (in my microwave it's 200 degrees C) * Once done take the tray out from. microwave and open the lid after 2 minutes. Super soft Idli is ready. * Serve idli with Samber and coconut chutney. Or you may also enjoy these quick super delicious Idlis with spicy chutney.
