Ingredients

  • ½ cup Gobindo Bhog Rice
  • 1 ½ litres of full Cream Milk
  • ¾th cup Sugar
  • 1 Handful of Cashew Nuts
  • 1 Handful of Raisins
  • 2 Bay Leafs

Instructions

  • Boil the milk with bay leaves and cardamon.
  • After 5 mins add the rice and keep boiling in slow heat till the rice is cooked.
  • Add the cashew and raisins.
  • Add the sugar.
  • Keep stirring till it becomes thick and sugar is dissolved.
  • Garnish it with some kesar(saffron) strands and cashews and raisins.
