Ingredients

  • 1 Cup leftover rice. Mixer it
  • 1/4 Cup boiled & mixer corn, 1 big boiled & mashed
  • 1 t,sp. finely chopped garlic,oregano, chilli flak
  • 2 grated Chesse cubes, salt
  • 1 tb. sp. cornflour
  • 2 tb. sp. breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Mix corn, potato, rice,garlic, oregano, chilli flakes, cheese,salt. Make balls
  • Make thin batter of cornflour. Dip balls in batter coat with breadcrumbs & fry.
