- Boil milk and add sugar.
- Make rice flour paste using 50 ml of milk.
- Add rice paste into boiling milk. Stir continuously to avoid burning. Flame should be simmering . Remove from the flame when milk thickens.
- Allow it to cool. Add cocoa powder and milk powder, blend it for a while. Keep it in freezer for 8-10 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and scoop in a serving bowl and add topping of choco syrup and whipped cream.
- Serve.
