Rice choco ice cream with choco cream topping

Ingredients

  • Rice flour
  • Full cream milk
  • Sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • Whipped cream
  • Choco syrup
  • Milk powder

Instructions

  • Boil milk and add sugar.
  • Make rice flour paste using 50 ml of milk.
  • Add rice paste into boiling milk. Stir continuously to avoid burning. Flame should be simmering . Remove from the flame when milk thickens.
  • Allow it to cool. Add cocoa powder and milk powder, blend it for a while. Keep it in freezer for 8-10 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and scoop in a serving bowl and add topping of choco syrup and whipped cream.
  • Serve.
