- In a bowl add boiled rice,chopped onions,chopped ginger,chopped garlic,chopped green chilles,1 boiled (grated) potato,1 grated carrot,chopped mint leaves,chopped coriander leaves,tumeric powder,1tsp chilli powder,salt,1tsp cumin powder,1/2 tsp garam masala
- Squeeze 1tsp of lemon juice to it. Apply oil or ghee on your hand and make a shape of a cutlet. Shallow fry it in a pan and serve with sauce green chutney or tea.
