Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • as required Cooking oil for frying
  • As required Hot water

Instructions

  • Mix carrom seeds, salt and oil in the flour. Add little by little water & knead the dough for poori.keep the dough on rest for 10 min.
  • Divide the dough in equal parts.Take one peda sprinkle some dry rice flour & roll like poori
  • Heat oil & deep fry the poori one by one from both sides on medium to high flame.White & crispy poori are ready to serve as breakfast with dry veggies.
