- First put milk on the gas until it gets 2 to 3 boil.
- On the other hand rinse the rice for 2 times. And soak it in water for 15- 20 minutes.
- Drain the all water from rice. And add into the milk.
- Mix it well. When rice becomes mushy. Add sugar in the milk as per your taste.
- Again mix it well with the help of spatula. Now add Cardamom powder and some Saffron threads. We we already soaked in milk. For few minutes.
- Our rice kheer is ready. Put the kheer on gas for 7- 10 minutes on low flame. So that milk gets the yellow colour. After it add some dry fruits. Give it a quick stir. And off the flame. Serve this kheer chilled or hot.
