- Take a bowl, add very thinly sliced onions, green chilies, ginger sliced, curry leaves, if you want to add cashew nuts soak in water for 10min and then add it to the onions, add salt and mix well. In another bowl add rice flour, salt, jeera, baking powder, oil, now add the onion mixture. Mix well if need sprinkle water and mix well again. Heat oil and deep fry till it is golden brown.
