- Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.Add leftover cooked rice n cook on low flame.
- Take custard powder in a katori pour little milk & mix properly with the help of spoon.
- Now pour this custard in the milk combine well also add saffron petals.
- When milk reduced n rice dissolved properly add condensed milk.Off the flame stir well.
- Then transfer the rice pudding in the serving dish garnish with chopped red, green grapes, cherries, anar and refrigerate for one hour.Then serve chilled.
