Ingredients

  • 1 katori leftover cooked rice
  • 3 katori milk
  • 1/2 katori condensed milk
  • Fresh chopped fruits i.e grapes,apples,anar etc as
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 2-3 petals of saffron

Instructions

  • Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.Add leftover cooked rice n cook on low flame.
  • Take custard powder in a katori pour little milk & mix properly with the help of spoon.
  • Now pour this custard in the milk combine well also add saffron petals.
  • When milk reduced n rice dissolved properly add condensed milk.Off the flame stir well.
  • Then transfer the rice pudding in the serving dish garnish with chopped red, green grapes, cherries, anar and refrigerate for one hour.Then serve chilled.
