Ingredients

  • 2 bowls left over rice
  • 5-6 green chillies
  • Chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients add little water and give a pulse in mixie. Then spreda a plastic sheet under the sun and make rice balls and flatten and place on the sheet. It will take 2 days to dry. Turn and let them dry for another 2 days. Once dried store in air tight container. We can fry them for sambar rice or curd rice.
