Ingredients

  • Ridge gourd
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Groundnut powder
  • Sesame powder
  • Water
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,cumin, mustard and saute. Then add chopped ridge gourd and pour little water. Cook well till the ridge gourd is soft. Then add groundnut powder, sesame powder, turmeric powder,salt and stir well and turn off the flame. Serve hot.
