  • Nylon poha 2 cups
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Green Chilli 1
  • Curry leaves few
  • Peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Mix nuts 2 tbsp
  • Dry coconut slices 2 tbsp
  • Dariya dal 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • Dry roast the nylon poha
  • Now heat the oil in pan and add all the ingredients one by one and saute for 2-3 mins.
  • Add poha and mix it well and cook at low flame for 10-15 mins.Store in airtight contianer.
