  • Radish
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Red Pepper ( optional)
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Instructions : Pre Heat the oven for 10mins -180° Wash and cut radish from leaves and wash well to remove dirt . Cut the radish slice very thin (1/2 cm)
  • Prep radish for roasting :- take medium baking sheet add olive oil and slices radish coat with completely with oil sprinkles with salt black pepper red Pepper and chilli flakes.
  • Bake Radish Chips for 20-25 mins and tossing every 5-10mins red colour or brown colour all sides of radish slice . remove from oven and sever immediately for best flavour or u can sever with Raita.

Notes/Tips

Baked radishes are best eaten immediately if Ur looking for crispy . Leftover can be stored in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days .
