- Mix butter, milkmaid and icing sugar in a bowl
- Sift coco powder, baki powder, baking soda and all purpose flour in the batter
- Mix 1/2 cup milk/ water and mix the batter well
- Pour the batt in a Greased cake tin and cook for 40 mins in a pressure cooker
- Once cake is Baked, let it cool and then slice it in 4 layers
- Make chocolate ganache with dark compound and some milk in a microwave
- Layer the cake with ganache and almonds
- Cover the cake with whipping cream/butter frosting
- Decorate with rocher cups which are covered in chocolate and nuts, whipping cream and some ganache drippings
