Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Curd
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar powdered
  • 2 tbsp Roohafza

Instructions

  • Combine curd, water, roohafza, and sugar in a large bowl. Blend with a hand blender.
  • You can blend this Lassi by using an electric blender or mixer jar.
  • Refrigerate Lassi before serving.
  • Pour in Glass and Serve chilled
