Ingredients

  • 1 tabspoon basil seeds
  • 1/2 cup faluda sev
  • 4 cup milk
  • 3 tabspoon sugar
  • 1/4 spoon rose isence
  • 2-3 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1-2 spoon almond pistachio
  • Some sugar coated cherries
  • Some tutty fruity

Instructions

  • Collect all ingredients together. Take milk in large pan and boil for low flame until thickness add sugar
  • Cook until sugar dissolves cool and chill the milk
  • For faluda sev- Take 2 cup water add faluda sev stir and cook until soft. Then drain water and rinse sev with cold water
  • Now soak basil seeds in cup of water for 30min. Soak until observe the water
  • For faluda - Take tall glasses add rose syrup soaked basil seeds soft faluda sev pour 1 cup chilled milk and stir add scoop of vanilla ice cream top up with sweet cherry tutty fruity dry nuts. Drizzle 1 tabspoon rose syrup.
  • Serve chilled enjoy
