Rose Lassi

  • 1 cup fresh curd (yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar, as per taste
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • Few fresh rose petals ( for garnishing)
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (For garnishing)

Instructions

  • In a blender, add yogurt, rose syrup and sugar. Blend them till the mixture is frothy. Check the consistency of lassi, if lassi is too thick add little water or milk as desired. Keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Garnish with few fresh rose petals and nuts. Serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of banana. You can add 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream for better taste. Make sure the curd is not sour preferably use fresh thick curd (if curd is sour add little milk in it). If you want to serve immediately, add ice-cubes while blending.
