Ingredients

  • Full CreamMilk 1000 Ml
  • Fox Nuts (Fool Makhana) 50 gms
  • Kewra Essence 2-3 drps
  • Sugar 50-60 gms
  • Pinch of cardamom Powder
  • Indian Rose Petals 15-20

Instructions

  • Take a heavy bottom pan and add roast fool makhana lightly, Keep aside.
  • In the same pan add the milk and cook till it reduce to half.
  • Add sugar and cook for another 5 Mins.
  • Mix roasted makhana and rose petals.
  • Add Kewra essence and cardamom to it and turn off the flame.
  • Put in serving glasses and refrigerate. Serve cool.

Notes/Tips

While roasting makhana you can also add 1 tsp of ghee for more aroma.
