Ingredients

  • Full fat milk
  • sugar
  • Corn starch
  • Cardamom powder
  • pistachio powder
  • rose syrup
  • condensed milk
  • fresh milk cream

Instructions

  • Heat 1.5 liter milk in a pan over medium-lot heat. Boil on medium-low heat for 30-40 minutes and stir continuously.
  • Add sugar and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add corn starch and milk and whisk well. Make sure there are no lumps. Add corn starch mixture to the milk and keep stirring for 5 minutes.
  • Add pistachio powder, chopped pistachios and rose syrup. Stir well for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cream and condensed milk and boil for another 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat. Let it cool completely. Pour the mixture in moulds and freeze it overnight
