- Heat lil ghee in a thick bottom pan. Add mava and roast it for 5 min.
- Add dessicated coconut and thandai powder. Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to bottom.
- Add in condensed milk, ilaichi powder and Rose syrup.
- Roast till it start leaving the sides. Take it off from flame and set it in a oil coated thali or tray.
- Once cooled down and set ,cut it into desired shape and garnish with rose petals.
