Rose thandai flavoured coconut mawa burfi

Ingredients

  • Mawa
  • Condensed milk
  • Dessicated coconut
  • Rose syrup
  • Thandai powder

Instructions

  • Heat lil ghee in a thick bottom pan. Add mava and roast it for 5 min.
  • Add dessicated coconut and thandai powder. Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to bottom.
  • Add in condensed milk, ilaichi powder and Rose syrup.
  • Roast till it start leaving the sides. Take it off from flame and set it in a oil coated thali or tray.
  • Once cooled down and set ,cut it into desired shape and garnish with rose petals.

Notes/Tips

U can add dry fruits of your choice.
