- Take a Big Bowl and add sift in flour thandai powder, baking soda and baking powder.
- Add all nuts and raisins, rose petals cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add oil and adjust consistency with milk (it should be of spreading like cover the back of spoon thoroughly)
- Rest it for 5-7 mins
- Heat up a non stick pan and on medium heat spread a small laddle of batter on pan.
- Flip and cook with butter on both side till golden.
- Serve by drizzling the rose syrup and enjoy indulgence.
