Ingredients

  • Plain Flour 1 cup
  • Milk powder Half Cup
  • Thandaai Powder 3 Tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4th tsp
  • Chopped Almonds 10-12
  • Chopped Pistachio 10-12
  • Raisins (Optional)
  • Rose Petals (Optional)
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda (A pinch)
  • Oil 1/4th cup
  • Rose Syrup (For serving)
  • Milk as required
  • Butter for shallow frying

Instructions

  • Take a Big Bowl and add sift in flour thandai powder, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Add all nuts and raisins, rose petals cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Add oil and adjust consistency with milk (it should be of spreading like cover the back of spoon thoroughly)
  • Rest it for 5-7 mins
  • Heat up a non stick pan and on medium heat spread a small laddle of batter on pan.
  • Flip and cook with butter on both side till golden.
  • Serve by drizzling the rose syrup and enjoy indulgence.

Notes/Tips

You can add up a bit powdered sigar to batter if got a sweet tooth as I have skipped it due to milk powder is semi sweet and rose syrup covers it up.
