Ingredients

  • 2 leftover chapati
  • 1 tbsp each chopped almonds cashews
  • 1 tbsp chopped raisins
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 50 gm grated khoya
  • 1-2 cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • As taste Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Crisp the chapati,crush & put it in the blender jar,blend into a fine powder by adding cardamom & fennel seeds.
  • Heat ghee in a wok add chopped dry fruits n roast just to change the colour slightly then add chapati powder.
  • Just saute,add grated khoya and jaggery powder combine well turn off the flame.
  • Now prepare small laddoes with help of your hands.Sprinkle sugar powder and garnish with rose petals and kiwi and serve.

Notes/Tips

Can be stored for long so you can have it with any meal. Easy to make
