Ingredients

  • 4 leftover Roti
  • 1/2 cup curd or 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tspn oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • Pinch hing
  • 2 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1 tspn turmeric powder
  • Coriander as needed
  • 1/2 tspn sugar ( optional)

Instructions

  • Take apan n add oil in it n put it on Gas flame.
  • Add cumin n mustard seeds n when it popped add hing n butter milk in it.
  • Stir it n add all spices n salt in it.
  • After one boiling add left over Roti in cutting form in it.
  • Cooked for a minute n add little sugar n chopped coriander leaves..
  • Ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Healthy breakfast. If you want than add garlic chutney too.
