  • Tear the rotis. Heat oil and add sugar, onions and fry in low flame. Add salt Add capsicum and garlic Put in the mushrooms n stir Add 1 tbsp of tomato pure and saute Put in the slit green chillies Pour a little water to make a little gravy Add the roti and mix very well. Add vinegar and put in high flame Stir well and put out the flame Serve hot.
