Ingredients

  • 2 cup of bajri flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Take bajri flour in a big bowl n add salt to taste.
  • Add little water n make dough .
  • Press n remove dough in Bowl continue for few minutes.
  • Sprinkle some dry flour in roller n put big round portion from dough n press in circles with your hands..
  • Heat tava n roasted it nicely.
  • Spread Ghee after done.

Notes/Tips

Fresh flour is given better results for making rotla..
