Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup luck warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (till)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (to brush on top)

Instructions

  • Firstly take 1/2 cup water microwave it for 30 seconds and take a bowl pop in sifted all-purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt,oil,yoghurt mix everything to bind first gradually add little water and knead the dough until combined and cover it and let it rest for 2-3 hours for perfect results.
  • Once the dough is ready knead again with greased palms and prepare four balls now take a rolling pin and roll it in round shape add slight gashes (cuts) and sprinkle till seeds & press it to embed in perfectly. Then flip it on another palm and brush with water
  • Finally spread it on tawa with the water side let it bubble up for few seconds then flip & rotate the tawa all over to cook it perfectly finally remove it & butter brush the kulcha.gradually prepare all in similar fashion.
  • Our delicious moist & soft till kulcha /ruhani kulcha is ready to serve.
