  • Sattu Atta
  • Cumin Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Amchur
  • Salt and sugar
  • Finely chopped Green Chilli
  • Lemon Juice
  • Coriander leaves
  • Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • Chaat masala
  • Green Paste( Mint leaves+ Green Chilli+coriander)

Instructions

  • Take The Sattu Atta in a bowl.
  • •In the Bowl add cumin powder,red chilli powder , amchur ,Salt (according to taste) and sugar for the slight tinge of sweet.
  • •Mix all the powder ingredients thoroughly with the Sattu Atta.
  • •Then Slowly add Water in mixed Sattu Atta and mix it .Keeping in mind that there are no lumps.
  • •Add water According to your preffered thickness of the Shake.
  • •Then add finely chopped Green Chilli,lemon Juice , and add the Green Paste(Pudina+Green Chilli+Coriander) and mix it well.
  • •Taking another Bowl and Strainer. Strain the Shake Making sure there are no lumps and the Shake is thick and Smooth.Let it sit in the Fridge for a while so that it's chilled.
  • •Serve it in a Glass with ice cubes and garnish it with chaat masala and a Corainder leaf and Enjoy the Summers.

Notes/Tips

While Adding water Make Sure there are no lumps and don't add too much water in that case you will loose the earthy flavour of sattu.
