- Mix suji, besan, curd, salt and water to make a smooth batter. Divide it into three parts. Add beet root paste in first batter and spinach paste in second.
- Make thin pancakes with all the three batters by spreading them on a pan. For filling, add black pepper, coriander, green chilli, chat masala in paneer and mix well.
- Keep all the pancakes on each other and spread the filling. Make a tight roll and cut it into little pieces. Your savoury pancake rolls are ready.
