  • ROASTED SESAME SEEDS 50 GM
  • JAGGERY POWDER 80 GM
  • MILK 1 L
  • GHEE 3 TBSP
  • DRY FRUITS

Instructions

  • PRESSURE KHEER RICE WITH GHEE AND WATER IN PRESSURE COOKER
  • MASH KHEER RICE WITH A SPATULA
  • NOW ADD JAGGERY POWDER, MILK ,ROASTED SESAME SEEDS AND CARDAMOM POWDER TO KHEER. LET IT BOIL FOR MORE 10 MINS
  • NOW ADD DRY FRUITS AS REQUIRED IN KHEER. SESAME KHEER IS READY TO BE SERVED.
