  • MILK 3 CUP
  • 2CUP SUGAR
  • 1CUP MIX DRYFRUITS
  • ONE AND HALF CUP MALAI
  • 4TSP PURE GHEE
  • ONEPINCH SAFRRON
  • 1TSP VELACHI AND NUTMEG POWDER

Instructions

  • FRY SHREDED DUDHI IN GHEE FOR 5 MIN
  • ADD MILK AND MALAI BOIL FOR 10 MIN
  • WHEN DUDHI WILL BOIL ADD SUGAR AND SAFFRON IN THAT AND LET COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MIN
  • ADD VEALCHI OR CARDAMOM AND NUTMEG POWDER AND ALL DRYFRUITS AND MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 10 MIN TO 15 MINITSTILL MIXTURE BECOME THICK OUR DELICIOUS SUPER HEALTHY AND TASTY HALWA READY
