Ingredients

  • 1 cup ...maida ,1/4 cup..besan , 1/2 cup ...curd
  • Baking soda..pinch , Orenge food colour...pinch
  • 1cup...sugar , 1cup..water , kesar... Pinch
  • Rose petals..1 tbs , rose essence..few drops
  • Oil for frying
  • Mix dry fruits & varakh for garnishing

Instructions

  • First of all mix maida,besan,curd, baking soda and color. Add water and make smooth batter.keep it for at least 10 to 12 hour for fomentation. After 12 hour mix it properly & make smooth batter.pour it in piping bag.Heat oil in a kadai keep ring mold in it and make geeyar. Now make chasni from sugar,water,rose petals and kesar.lastly add rose essence. Deep geeyar in chasni for 2 minutes. Decorate with dry fruits and silver varakh.
