- Take 1 bowl of peeled and washed Water chestnut/singhara and blend into a fine paste.
- Make chena from 1 ltr milk, will be around 1 cup and mash it properly till it gets soft and light.
- Now heat a kadhai,spread 1/2 tsp ghee now add the singhara paste stir for 30 secs. Mix chena properly and add 1 bowl sugar. Mix properly until it slightly dries up.
- When u see it becomes thick switch off the flame. Transfer into a plate. Let it cool down.
- Mix green food color (optional) and give any shape u like. Your Singhara Sandesh is ready to savour.
