- Take a brinjal Wash it properly and don't cut it's top part. Now half cut the brinjal in + way.
- Give a 2 whistle to brinjals in a pressure cooker on a high flame.
- Take it out and let them cool
- Now prepare masala stuffing. Take a bowl add besan, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt. Mix well and stuff this masala mixture in brinjal.
- Set a wok on medium flame and add some oil. Add STUFFED BRINJAL and mix well and add rest of the masala mixture lil bit of water and again mix well.
- Garnish with coriander.
