Instructions

  • First of all clean all the mushroom remove Its stems and make a cavity to fill stuffings and keep aside.
  • For the stuffing :- (measurement mentioned in ingredients) 👉Take a bowl, Add grated paneer, blanched spinach ( squeeze out excess water ), You can also add some cheese if you want. 👉Add salt and pepper as per taste and keep Aside.
  • For the marination :- (Measurement mentioned in the ingredients) 👉 In a mixing bowl add Hung curd, chickpea flour, Tandoori masala, amchur powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, oil and Add Salt as per taste and Mix Well and keep aside.
  • Now it's time to stuff the stuffing in the mushroom, Make Sure it doesnot break as mushrooms are very delicate. so, Handle it with Care.
  • Once the mushrooms are stuffed properly it's time to marinate it. So, add mushrooms, diced Capsicum and onion in the marination and keep it aside to marinate for atleast 10-15 minutes.
  • After 15min it's time to give that smokey flavour of tandoor as we experience in the restaurant but as not everyone has tandoor at home we would do that by using a charcoal. For That We Need To Heat One Charcoal On A Gas Stove Until It's Red Hot.
  • Than in the bowl place in which are veggies and mushroom are been marinated place one small plate and keep that hot charcoal in it and immediately add some ghee on Top, close the lid tightly for about 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes open the lid and you would observe the Smokey flavours are incorporated in all the veggies and mushrooms.
  • For grilling:- 👉Gently in a skewers start piercing Mushroom, Onion and Capsicum one by one. 👉 Once it done, On a hot grilled pan add some oil and grill the skewers until cooked all the sides.
  • At last serve it by squeezing some lemon juice on top. It's best compliment with coriander and mint chutney.

Notes/Tips

Make sure to handle mushroom gently or else you might break it while stuffing and marination.
