- If you are using raw peanuts, roast them in a frying pan with a teaspoon of oil for about 5 minutes when it starts to darken. Remove from the heat and cool.Once cooled, gently rub them to remove the skins.(optional) Heat a little water in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the jaggery powder and stir until fully dissolved.
- Simmer for a few minutes until it starts to thicken. Add the peanuts and cardamom and mix well. Remove from flame and allow to cool. Once cool enough to handle, make small balls. That's it! Sweet Peanut Balls are ready to be enjoyed. Store them in an airtight container and they will last up to 2 weeks! Happy snacking!
