Ingredients

  • Moong dal 1 cup,rice 1cup, jaggery 11/2 cup
  • Dry fruits,almonds,cashews, pista,raisins ,ghee 1

Instructions

  • In a cooker or clay pot dry fry moong dal to it add rice ,wash and cook for 3 whistles or till mushy.. Now in a vessel add jaggery add little water .. allow to boil and seive it .. now add cooked dal mixture.. add ghee . And add fried dry fruits in ghee ..

Notes/Tips

Seive the jaggery after melting it ..it may contain impurities.
