  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Corinader
  • Potato
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Corn flour

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add grated cabbage,carrot. And boiled nar mashed potato,salt,garam masala,red chilli powder,corn flour, chopped coriander,chopped curry leaves and mix well and make a soft dough. Take a portion of it and make a kabab. Then take a pan and add oil for deep frying. Then place the prepared kabab in it and fry till they turn brown in colour. Serve hot with green chutney.
