Ingredients

  • 2 cup sabudana 1 sliced poatato
  • 2 tbs groundnuts(crushed)
  • 1/4 tbs cumin seed
  • 1 green chilli 1 tbs ghee
  • 1 tbs chopped green coriander
  • 1/2 lemon juice As per taste Rock salt
  • As per taste Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Soak sabudana in water for 1/2 hours now drain it and leave it for 2/3 hours
  • Now heat a pan put ghee in it add cumin, and green chilli, cook till potato become soft
  • Now, put groundnuts in it, and add sabudana, saute it, add sugar, salt, green coriander and lemon juice. serve hot. Enjoy
