- Soak Sabudana in 1 cup water for 3-4 hours
- In a bowl add soaked sabudana, boiled potato, singhada aata, chopped ginger, chopped chilli, chopped curry leaves, jeera, lemon juice and saindha namak.
- Mix all the ingredients and make a dough
- Add pinch of salt and chat masala in hung curd and mix
- Now divide the sabudana mixture into 6 balls
- With wet hands flatten the ball in between the palms and stuff it with hung curd mixture.
- Seal the ball properly so that the filling does'nt come out
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the sabudans balls.
- Fry on medium heat till crisp. Remove and keep on tissue paper
- Sabudana Bombs are ready. Serve it with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
