Sabudana Bomb

Ingredients

  • Sabudana 50gm
  • Boiled potato medium size 1
  • Singhada Aata 2 tbsp
  • Chopper ginger 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilli 1
  • Chopped Coriander 1 tsp
  • Jeera 1/2 tsp
  • Saindha Namak as per taste
  • Chopped Curry Leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp
  • Hung Curd 1/2cup
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Soak Sabudana in 1 cup water for 3-4 hours
  • In a bowl add soaked sabudana, boiled potato, singhada aata, chopped ginger, chopped chilli, chopped curry leaves, jeera, lemon juice and saindha namak.
  • Mix all the ingredients and make a dough
  • Add pinch of salt and chat masala in hung curd and mix
  • Now divide the sabudana mixture into 6 balls
  • With wet hands flatten the ball in between the palms and stuff it with hung curd mixture.
  • Seal the ball properly so that the filling does'nt come out
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add the sabudans balls.
  • Fry on medium heat till crisp. Remove and keep on tissue paper
  • Sabudana Bombs are ready. Serve it with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
