  • Sabudana
  • Yellow Lentil
  • Carrot
  • Cauliflower
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Peas

Instructions

  • Pour ghee in pan. Put the veggies for frying. Perboil peas and cauliflower florets before frying.
  • Once veggies become golden, add sabudana in pan. Soak sabudana in water for 30 minutes. Pressure cook the mug dal (yellow Lentil) for 1 whistle. Put it in pan next.
  • Mix Everything. Add water. Cover with a lid. As sabudana and dal gets cooked and blend together, sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.

Notes/Tips

Sabudana shouldn't be soaked for more than 30 minutes. Pressure cooking the Dal makes it soft and smooth. Adding Dal is not compulsory.
