- Pour ghee in pan. Put the veggies for frying. Perboil peas and cauliflower florets before frying.
- Once veggies become golden, add sabudana in pan. Soak sabudana in water for 30 minutes. Pressure cook the mug dal (yellow Lentil) for 1 whistle. Put it in pan next.
- Mix Everything. Add water. Cover with a lid. As sabudana and dal gets cooked and blend together, sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
